This department prepares wills and offers advice regarding matters to be considered for Inheritance Tax planning and the creation of trusts. We advise on matters relating to the vulnerable or incapacitated client, including preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Applications to the Court of Protection.

We deal with all aspects involved with the administration of a Deceased’s Estate. We can be appointed Executors if the client so wishes.
