Main areas of work:
Commercial Property including advising on the development of new sites including business parks, the sale and purchase of investment properties, the negotiation of overage or option agreements, the negotiation of commercial leases including licensing issues for licensed premises. Andrew has acted for clients in the acquisition and disposal of Commercial Forestry and also deals with residential conveyancing and other areas of property law for both commercial and private clients.

Career:
Qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 after training with Nabarro Nathanson in their London and Reading offices and then joined Burges Salmon in Bristol in 2002 before joining Atkinson Ritson in 2004 after moving north with his family.

Married with family: Interests include skiing, cricket, sailing and family life.
